Capacity Building: What I Do and Why
The values I bring to my consulting practice work with clients are the ones I learned from the Contact Center leaders and the exiled South African authors of Training for Transformation:
- Everyone has the capacity to participate in solving the problems affecting their community
- Recognition of what generates concern, attention, "heat" for constituents is the beginning of engagement
- That our communities, whether neighborhood, local, regional or national, can build leaderful strategies for change that are expansive, compassionate and effective.
